Controller	FUNDACIÓN FUNDITEC
Purpose	To manage the participation of candidates in the personnel selection processes promoted by FUNDACIÓN FUNDITEC, and, where applicable, to keep your application on file for future processes that may match your professional profile.
Legal basis	Application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and consent given through the voluntary submission of the CV and other information related to the application.
Retention	Personal data will be retained for a maximum period of one (1) year from the receipt of the CV, unless the candidate previously requests its deletion.
Recipients	Data will not be communicated to third parties, except where legally required.
Rights	Candidates may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by submitting a request to rrhh@funditec.es, proving their identity.

The candidate may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable regulations.
