Electronics Production Manager

Insyte S.A. is a company with over 35 years of experience specializing in technological expertise, adapting to each client’s specific needs. We are looking to hire an Electronics Production Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the production mix and coordinate purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and quality needs through lean manufacturing routines to ensure quality, time, and cost. Production mix and batches, and decision-making on FTEs and shifts.
- Organize and promote communication with clients regarding orders, timelines, and delivery of products and services to prioritize production and related processes.
- Direct and coordinate purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and quality processes to ensure timely supply, directing and coordinating policies and agreements with suppliers according to cost optimization principles.
- Direct and coordinate innovation and continuous improvement projects, and problem analysis and resolution actions to optimize operations, through technology and automation (RPA), promoting IoT under the Industry 4.0 paradigm.
- Lead production balance and progress with the departments involved and facilitate proactive communication to anticipate changes and priorities under lean manufacturing principles and routines.
Education and Requirements:
Education: Engineering specialization.
Technical knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience as a production manager in electronics. Languages: advanced English. Results-oriented.
Experience:
- Experience and ability to lead, coordinate, and manage human teams (contractors, supervisors, project assistants).
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Conditions:
- Contract: Permanent, full-time.
- Vacation: 23 business days per year, flexible.
- Location: Getafe offices.
