At Funditec, we believe in the power of science and technology to inspire future generations… That’s why, thanks to the initiative of the Madrid Science Park Foundation, we participated in Science and Innovation Week, welcoming groups of students from various schools in the Madrid region to our facilities.
During their visit, the students discovered first-hand how research projects are being developed in areas such as agri-food technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and sustainability, with projects such as PATAFEST, on sustainable potato production, or RECIPOL, on the recycling and valorization of polyurethane materials, as well as learning about the real impact of R&D&I in our society. It was a unique opportunity to bring them closer to the exciting world of applied technology and awaken their curiosity for innovation.
We would especially like to thank the participating schools for their enthusiasm and questions, the amazing FUNDITEC team for their dedication to these talks, and the Fundación Parque Científico de Madrid team for organizing these activities. Every talk, demonstration and experience shared with the young people reflects our commitment to science and technology outreach.
