Work continues on the Blockfactu project

At present, all large and medium-sized companies and a large number of small and micro companies have an invoicing software or ERP that allows them to electronically manage their business and generate the documentation that interrelates the business with other economic agents.

The ERP will be imminently and significantly affected by two legal changes with profound technical impact, the “Royal Decree VERI*FACTU” and the “Crea y Crece Law”, which establish requirements such as that the computer or electronic systems and programs that support the accounting, invoicing or management processes of those who carry out economic activities guarantee the integrity, conservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability and unalterability of the records, without interpolations, omissions or alterations; o that the ERP mandatorily guarantees “The integrity and unalterability of the invoicing records so that, once the invoicing data has been recorded, it is protected against any action that compromises the accuracy, authenticity and completeness of the stored data”.

There is currently no document persistence and storage platform that effectively and efficiently addresses these needs, and is easily integrated with any ERP, without the need for each one to have to solve it individually, create and finance its secure cloud storage capabilities, etc. All of this would end up being passed on to customers.

For all these reasons, Blockfactu proposes the creation of an escrow platform, which would allow a single investment, amortized by a large number of ERPs that will use it, to replace numerous investments of not significantly lesser amount.
