The Agrisol project aims to research and develop new methodologies, processes and components for the optimization of the implementation and operation of Agrovoltaic (AgroPV) technology, resulting from the integration of photovoltaic generation facilities in the agricultural environment, specifically in greenhouse crops.
The development of a photovoltaic greenhouse concept adapted to the specific needs of different crops offers a unique way to increase the competitiveness of farms, guaranteeing energy production for self-consumption or its distribution among energy communities.
To achieve the objectives of the AGRISOL project, a multidisciplinary consortium has been set up with a balanced distribution of three SMEs (IASOL, ENDEF and ACCURO), and three prestigious research centers (FUNDITEC, TECNOVA and LEITAT).
