Objectives: The BIA-SME project was conceived to help SMEs to optimise their decision-making processes, both in terms of time and results. The project developed a process aimed to introduce, among the beneficiary SMEs, a set of Market Intelligence tools to be used as a basis for their decision-making proThe BIA-SME project was conceived to help SMEs to optimise their decision-making processes, both in terms of time and results. The project developed a process aimed to introduce, among the beneficiary SMEs, a set of Market Intelligence tools to be used as a basis for their decision-making processes and minimising the risks faced by these companies while improving their efficiency and effectiveness. Throughout this project, Funditec was active in providing suitable solutions to one of the most pressing needs currently faced by SMEs in the territory, namely, to take the most appropriate and quick decisions in order to achieve competitiveness in the global market.

Target Groups: SMEs, Business Managers, Textile Industry; Clusters; Public Authorities.

Activities:

  • Identification of SMEs informational and Market Intelligence needs in order to define the most appropriate vision and strategy for each particular sector.
  • Methodology definition and implementation analysis based on the results gathered in the previous phase.
  • Development of an Assisted Evaluation System for SMEs.
  • Training activities on the use and implementation of the Assisted Evaluation System.
  • Implementation of the system in SMES, monitoring and dissemination activities.
