Este premio ha sido otorgado por el Ingeniero General Antonio Rem\u00f3n y Zarco del Valle del Ministerio de Defensa y la C\u00e1tedra UPM-CESEDEN (Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid &#8211; Centro Superior de Estudios de la Defensa Nacional).
