FUNDITEC is currently in a process of growth, and that is why we consider it important to carry out an analysis of the current situation in terms of equality and diversity, in accordance with the values ​​and culture of the organization, thus allowing the establishment of policies of equal opportunities and ensure compliance with them, given the diversity of the workforce.

The organization has always worked from a gender and opportunity perspective, which is why it has been considered a good tool to promote effective equality between women and men to collect the different actions, procedures and commitments in a single policy document of equality. To this end, we use as a reference Art.45 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, with the medium-term objective of developing an equality plan.
