DETECTA PROJECT SUBMITTED TO MINCOTUR’S CALL FOR AID FOR AEIs APPROVED

The “Detecta” project aims at defining techniques to characterize industrial production processes and the predictive detection of anomalies in them in a non-intrusive way. To this end, it is based on the concept of the digital twin and its use to define and identify, for any type of production process, the indicators required to evaluate the availability, maintainability and reliability of the processes, and to ensure the integrity and security of the data that define the status of the production processes.
The consortium proposes the execution of the project divided in two phases: the first one to obtain an initial validable methodology for the future industrial environment; and the second one to generate enough knowledge in a relevant industrial environment where at least all the technologies to be researched and developed during both periods can be tested at subsystem level.
This project is supported by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade and will be executed by a consortium formed by two AEIs (AEI Ciberseguridad and FACYL), two technological centers (Cidaut and Funditec) and the company Industrias Maxi.
Detecta presents the visual interface of the digital twin in industrial manufacturing environments.
